I was born in Akçadağ and completed my primary, middle, and high school education in Malatya. During my university education, I completed associate degree programs in Marketing, Computer Programming, and Justice, as well as bachelor's degree programs in Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, and Industrial Engineering. I completed a master's degree in Economics and took a break from my master's studies in Health Management. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Technology and Information Management with a focus on artificial intelligence.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in various fields, including finance, accounting, business management, business planning and development, budget management, leadership, strategic management, computer and artificial intelligence programming, quality management, international trade, banking, logistics, banking law, insurance, insurance law, economics, economic development and growth, regional development, risk management, and facility planning. Additionally, I have held managerial positions in many public and private institutions, including universities. I am also the owner of a company specializing in artificial intelligence, which serves as a supplier for NATO.

This thesis examines the impact of apricot exports on the regional economy of Malatya and the structural characteristics of exporters. Malatya holds a significant position in global apricot production and is Turkey's largest producer and exporter in this sector. The study analyzes the contributions of apricot exports to the Malatya economy, focusing on factors such as the socio-economic and demographic profiles of exporters, business scales, and foreign trade strategies. THE EFFECTS OF APRICOT EXPORT ON ECONOMY OF MALATYA PROVINCE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF EXPORTERS

This thesis examines the impacts of export of apricots, which occupies an important place in the economic life of Malatya province. This study aims to determine the factors which affect the economic development in terms of export of apricots, as well as evaluating the overall place of the export of apricots in economy of Malatya province. In addition to this, it is also aimed to determine the fundamental structural characteristics of apricot exporters. In this study, a survey was carried out on 69 apricot export enterprises located within the boundaries of the Malatya province. Data collected through survey over exporting companies have been scrutinized and the related factors between the economy of the province of Malatya and apricot export have been analyzed. Along with the surveys, other data obtained with interviews carried out with face to face interviews have been separately evaluated. As a result of the research, it appeared that the effect of the apricot export realized was positive in the province of Malatya, and its impact was also positive. However, in spite of the fact that the effect of the apricot export within the economy of Malatya is positive, it was observed that the potential remained is low when it was assessed with all its aspects. This situation emphasized the underlined problems in terms of the research outputs. It has been strongly indicated in the study that apricot export has great importance for the economy of the province of Malatya, and that it is a triggering factor in terms of other sectors. COVID-19 Süreci ve Örgütsel Yönetim

"The Financial Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the Turkish Economy" The COVID-19 global pandemic has had deep and lasting effects on the Turkish economy, as it has on economies worldwide. The pandemic triggered significant supply and demand shocks, placing immense pressure on economic growth, employment, budget balance, and the financial sector in Turkey. With the pandemic came an increase in healthcare expenditures, rising unemployment rates, and the slowdown or halt of operations in many sectors. Sectors such as tourism, services, and manufacturing were among the hardest hit, and the financial sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) faced serious challenges. In response to these economic difficulties, Turkey implemented a series of fiscal measures, including short-term employment allowances, unemployment benefits, and credit support programs to mitigate the financial impact. One of the major fiscal consequences of the pandemic was the increase in the budget deficit and the need for higher public borrowing. The budget deficit widened, and significant disruptions occurred in the central government budget balance. At the same time, policies such as interest rate cuts and expansionary fiscal measures were introduced to support economic recovery, but these actions also heightened inflationary pressures. In conclusion, the financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Turkish economy has been broad and multifaceted. In the post-pandemic period, a sustainable economic recovery and a return to stable growth will require comprehensive structural reforms and policies to alleviate the pressures on public finances, the labor market, and the private sector.

The COVID-19 pandemic has placed a significant financial burden on the Turkish economy, deeply affecting various sectors. The pandemic led to disruptions in economic activities, particularly in the service industry, retail, tourism, and transportation, all of which suffered significant losses. This situation resulted in rising unemployment, a decrease in production capacity, and reduced consumer spending. To mitigate the impact, the Turkish government introduced various financial support packages, including short-term work allowances, credit guarantee funds, and tax deferrals. However, these measures contributed to an increase in the budget deficit, a rise in public debt, and a deterioration of fiscal balance. Expansionary fiscal policies and low interest rates were some of the measures taken to support economic recovery during the pandemic. However, these policies also led to higher inflation and increased pressure on the Turkish Lira, which depreciated significantly. Currency fluctuations further raised import costs, negatively impacting the trade balance. In conclusion, the COVID-19 pandemic created substantial financial pressures on Turkey's economy, causing imbalances in public finances and placing heavy burdens on the private sector. YZ companies are at the center of the digital transformation process by specializing in the development and implementation of these technologies. The solutions offered by YZ companies provide deep insights to enterprises through analyzing large data sets. In this way, businesses optimize marketing strategies, personalize customer experience and improve operational processes. In addition, face -based automation systems reduce costs and increase productivity by accelerating business processes and decreasing human error. The strategic importance of the YZ in digital transformation lies in the ability to promote innovation. YZ companies develop new technological solutions and provide competitive advantage to enterprises and contribute to the emergence of innovative business models in different sectors. The applicability of the YZ, especially in sectors such as health, finance and production, is seen as an important factor that will shape the future achievements of enterprises.
